The illustration shows two men and two women socializing around a fireplace at home. The men and women are separated by gender. The last illustration shows the two men making eye contact toasting the occasion.

The text reads: "I was curious.. I tasted it and now I know why Schlitz is the beer that made Milwaukee famous!"

The advertisement is rated Gay Vague because the nature of the interactions, especially among the men, are suggestive of covert gay attraction. Additionally, the verbiage of the ad, including words like "curious," add to the innuendo.
