Celebrity endorser Neil Patrick Harris stands holding the product for the camera as a man grills next to him. Neil starts saying random qualities about the beer that lack credibility, perhaps to see what the grill master will say.
One of those things plays on sexuality, as Neil is gay and the grill master is presumably straight...

Grill master: “No, no, no. You never flip another man’s meat.”
NPH: “Award-winning Heineken Light is the best light beer you’ve ever tasted.”
Grill master: “That’s true. Can I have one?”
NPH: “Can I flip your meat?”
Grill master: (Long pause, perhaps he is considering it or just incredulous.) “No.”
NPH: “Suit yourself.”
