Nando's, Cricket

A son is at dinner with his mom and dad at Nando's restaurant. Mom starts off with the classic question, "So, when are you going to settle down and find that special girl?"

"Mum!" the son protests, but she continues, "I want grandchildren."

"I don't want to talk about it again today," her son insists. Undeterred, mom goes on. "You're such a catch! And so good looking…you've got that great job as an interior designer."

Dad now tries to clear things up, by attempt to out his son to mom by using a euphemism. "Darling, he bats for the other team."

After a pause, mom turns to her son and says, "That's great. I didn't know you're into cricket!"

Deflated at mom's continued cluelessness, her son sarcastically says, "Oh, this is fun." Dad agrees.
