A group of friends are sitting around the dinner table, laughing hysterically at what their gay friend Tom has said.

The words "Tom, The Token Gay Friend" appear on the screen and are read by a voiceover. One of Tom's friends then asks, "So, Tom, what else is new?" Tom replies, "Actually, I'm getting more involved with gay rights. It's a really critical time right now."

The voiceover continues, "So, friends missing the point, Tom? Try joining the Human Rights Campaign for tips on getting through to your friends and family."
