A teenager slowly no longer identifies with his birth name, "Jemma," as he's called in the doctor's waiting room and introduced as by his father at a party. The boy instead prefers "James," which is what he provides for his coffee cup at Starbucks.

The commercial won the Channel 4 "Diversity in Advertising" award; the theme for the contest was LGBT+.
