WHERE SUCCESSFUL ADVERTISING MEETS LGBT EQUALITY

Time Warner, Alrighty

Members:

A police car is parked in an alley during a rain storm. The camera moves inside the car, where two policemen listen to the scanner.

"I proposed to myself," the officer on the left says.

"What?" the other replies.

"I suggested he have the tomato salad and then I suggested we get married."

There is a close up the of the police officer on the right as he says, "Wait." A pregnant pause fills the car.

The officer on the right asks, "What exactly did he say?"

"Alrighty."

"Alrighty? He said 'Alrighty?' Now I'm thinking the upsetting thing isn't that you proposed, it's that you proposed to a guy who says 'alrighty.'"

"Oh, Carrie. Stop," replies the officer on the left.

"Alrighty."

The screen fades to black, and the words "Sex and the City, Episode 12" appear. The police officers' previous conversation comes from a dialogue in that episode, where Charolette shares her engagement woes with Carrie.
