Set in a park near downtown Chicago, a middle-aged female host says to the camera, "We asked these couples,' How much money do you think you will need in retirement?' "

Then a series of real-life couples, including a male couple, sets foot onto a tracker to walk along a visual light path of how many years the amount they plan to save will carry them. One of the two men is stuck behind is partner and laughs. Looking around, he asks, "How did this happen?"

"We have to think about not when we expect to live to but when we could live to," says the other male partner to the camera after the experiment.
