This print ad comes in two versions -- either a male or female couple with child -- and is part of the ongoing Ride With Pride campaign (www.amtrakridewithpride.com). The ad highlights a half-price promotion for children.

Amtrak is partially government-funded and allocates about 10 percent of its media budget (although that amount fluctuates) to diversity initiatives including to the LGBT community.

Nashville's BNA Talent Group, which promotes itself as the first GLBT casting division in the region, oversaw casting on the campaign.
