A woman sets her purse atop a parked vehicle and appears to be fumbling for her keys. She eventually finds them, along with a pack of Trifene 200, a pain medicine. As the camera zooms closer to her, it becomes evident that the attractive woman is actually transsexual.

The voiceover narrates in Portuguese, and the tagline translates to: "There are things that only women understand."

The ad earns an "Equal" rating because no issue is made of her LGBT status, and no lengths are taken to blatantly "out" her as trans.
