A hotel maid aggressively cleans a room, vacuuming, making the bed, wiping the counter tops, shining the mirror and glass, dusting, then she stops cold in front of a painting of a nude woman on the wall behind a couch.
Standing on the cushions, she removes one feather from her duster. Then as the camera pivots around her from behind, she is gently "cleaning" just the crotch of the women in the painting -- or perhaps "tickling" is the better word!
The final text in French for this skin cream says, "Douceur extreme pour la toilette intime." Rough translation: "Extreme softness for your personal hygiene."
