This black & white ad shows two men holding hands together (one wearing a Kenneth Cole watch) and reads, "52% of Americans think same-sex marriages don't deserve a good reception. Are you putting us on?" Like all campaigns over the years, the line is a quote attributed to Kenneth Cole himself.
The ad is part of a larger issues-driven campaign that looks at HIV (a Kenneth Cole standard), affirmative action, the deficit, censorship, campaign finance, and the presidential election (a partisan point-of-view carefully avoided).
The gay marriage ad will run in gay media and GQ and outdoor advertising in NYC.

The image in this ad is powerful. I can almost smell the musk of the well-toned and handsome man attached to that arm. I'd love to see a wide angle shot of that showing both their backsides - naked! Kenneth Cole can do no wrong.
