Campaign Against Homophobia, Young Male Couple #1
The Polish Campaign Against Homophobia was founded in 2001 and is a non-government organization operating throughout Poland.
A variety of images showing various gay couples holding hands were distributed throughout the country to foster gay acceptance among the people of Poland, a traditionally Roman Catholic country with conservative views towards same-sex couples.
This campaign earns a "Positive" rating because it aims to improve the public's perception of the gay community by showing committed gay partners who, in all other respects, are "normal" Polish citizens.
