Nestlé Waters, Every Day A New Life

Members:

The singer David Bowie sits on the corner of his bed. Two mirrors in front of each other offer different reflections across from him -- the old Ziggy Stardust Bowie with red hair and the current Bowie.

He gets up to leave his bedroom and go to the bathroom, but his Ziggy Stardust alter-ego(complete with makeup and tight, striped outfit) makes a second appearance, blow-drying his hair in the mirror. Annoyed, Bowie walks down the stairs, but he passes another version of himself again (maybe from the 1980s?) sitting forlornly, as yet another of his personas is making his way up the staircase.

Once he arrives in the kitchen, Bowie finds three new, different manifestations of himself waiting for him at the kitchen table. Among them are a mime and Bowie as a woman. He heads straight for the refrigerator to grab a bottle of water (nearly empty) that he puts in his bag.

On his way out the door, he is startled by a part-man-part-lion version of himself, as another ego looks down from above. He finally exits the house and puts his finger over his lips and says, "Shhh.."

He walks down the street with his water, and the screen reads, "Chaque jour une vie nouvelle," which translates to, "Every day a new life."

This ad earns an "Equal" rating because it does not make issue of the feminine nature of Bowie's alter-egos.
