Committee to Elect Lincoln Davis, It's Personal

Members:

"In my family, the important issues hit close to home," says Lincoln Davis, as his house and family appear onscreen. Running for reelection in the Fourth Congressional District of Tennessee, Davis walks from one end of his porch to the other in this ad.

As he walks, endorsements pop up from the National Right to Life and the NRA. A pop-up box also says that he is against gay marriage, although this issue is not mentioned.

"My brother lost his job when his company moved overseas. That's why I'm fighting to protect Tennessee jobs," says Davis. Footage of the two brothers rolls. Davis is then shown walking through a field with his father, as he explains, "I recently lost my father to cancer. That's one reason I'm working to provide in-home healthcare for senior citizens.

"Because of these issues, it's not political. To me, it's personal."

Davis, the Democratic candidate and incumbent, won the race against Republican Janice Bowling with 55% of the vote in Tennessee.
