This commercial for a prescription psoriatic arthritis medication opens in the home of a gay male couple and their two daughters, as one of the men looks on in possible pain. Then it cuts to the same man baking with his daughters in the kitchen, without pain. Later in the ad, the couple now celebrates the birthday of one of the dads -- bringing in the cake the girls and their other dad had made earlier.
