It's a very subtle insinuation, no GLBT branding or even hint of our branding. As for being gay friendly, the passenger has a feminine hair cut, the sideburns are shaved and if looked at quickly, it appears to just be a woman with a men's style shirt on. I understand the inuendo, the driver wearing trendy "gay" clothes and stubble. It's a start and nice to see my current car's maker is stepping up to the plate.

One grim-looking guy sitting next to an androgynous, anonymous humanoid, and pointedly ignoring said humanoid (don't look, they might think we're - gulp -together!), does not, in my mind, constitute gay advertising. They said they were going for emotion in this campaign. This is oddly devoid of any emotion whatsoever - no joy, no love, not even friendship. What a sham!
