A mother and father eat breakfast in a sparsely furnished room as their son runs around with his toy airplane. The camera pans across the room and past the wall into the next room.
In the next room, a woman walks behind a seated man, takes off his forearm and puts it on a table. The camera continues to pan into the next room, where the same woman is massaging the same man, who is nothing but a torso.
The camera pans in and out of adjacent rooms throughout the entire commercial. Each room contains a new scenario, including a drag queen putting on her wig, a man tending to his garden, and finally two males embracing.
The camera pans into darkness, where the words, "Diesel. For the individual in everyone" appears.
