Mike's Hard Lemonade, Spokesmodel Competition

Members:

A woman in a bright lime green dress faces away from the camera as the personified Mike's Hard Lemonade Bottle tells the viewer, "I've got a good feeling about this one." The screen goes to blank and the message "Spokesmodel Competition Day 4" appears on the screen.

The woman turns around to reveal she is actually a man in drag. The drag queen proceeds to poorly lipsync a Mike's Hard Lemonade jingle, which tells us it has a flavor for everyone.

The screen cuts to a young woman. The Mike's Hard Lemonade Bottle asks her why she'd be a good person for the job of Spokesmodel.

Before she can answer the question completely, the Mike's Hard Lemonade Bottle tells her the person before her was a 6'2" transvestite. She replies, "I hope we're not trying out for the same part."

I actually heard the young woman's response in a very different way. That is, when she hears how excited the bottle is by the lipsync-er's performance, she is intimidated by the idea of having to measure up.

You are being paranoid once again. The girl wants the part, and is afraid she's not right for it if they are looking for a 6'2' transvestite type.
Don't you know anything about auditions?

I interpreted the woman's response completely the opposite way, that she didn't think she had a chance against the drag competitor. I'd rate it =

I agree with the above posters: you are way off on this ad. I don't particularly care for the ad, but I do think the lady is worried about not measuring up.
