An animated Hip Hop show is underway, as the MC spouts his rhymes, most notably "If you don't got a rubba, there will be no hubba hubba."

The commercial cuts to a shot of a white, Hip Hop gay male couple kissing, and the voiceover says, "More New Zealanders than ever before have HIV. Whoever you're having sex with, use a condom. It's your only protection."

The ad earns an Equal rating because the gay couple featured at the end of the ad is portrayed the same as the heterosexual pair in another version.
