I honestly don't see anything *really* gay about this ad -- at least, not without some sort of context to place it in. While the whole thing does suggest that it's targeted towards gays (posh ambience, tasteful, healthy dose of beefcake, the pairings of older black man/Asian infant, laptop/bottle, and unusual family configuration/conservative service), I think the whole "changing lifestyle/new solutions" thing is the biggest point here -- the entire image is a study in conventional unconventionality even without a gay angle. Perhaps the message is: even if you happen to be a hip, older black man with an apparently adopted baby, if you've got money, we'll be able to tell you how best to use it -- simple and not very gay at all.
