With images of an extravagant home on an estate, and an Audi in the enormous driveway, a briefcase is thrown into the back seat.

Then, from a first person point-of-view, the driver goes through an opulent modern city.

Text then reads "The Manager" as the person walks into an elevator to admiring employees.

"Works a lot" it continues, as the person (still unseen) steps off the elevator as an attractive young woman walks by, with another admiring look and wink.

"Is respected" as a glass conference table of business men, offer a seat with a smile.

Then, outside, past two sexy women and suddenly in the gym, past sexy men on gym equipment with admiring eyes: "Keeps fit."

Returning home at night, "Has on average two children" who run up to the camera -- then with a twist "...and a husband." But incongruently shows a glamorous woman.

In the end, the intent is that we've been following a woman all along, the person we see at the end. But that raises other interesting issues, such as the look that she got from another woman at work. A less astute viewer might also come to other conclusions, from it being two women (one referred to as the 'husband'), or perhaps the appearance that the wife is the one really in charge as "husband."
