A man is in an airport waiting near the arrival gate. He receives a text message that says, “I’ll be there soon my love.” He smiles to himself and waits patiently at the gate. When the first few passengers come through, the camera focuses on a woman and another man trailing behind her. The man who has been waiting notices his loved one and walks over to the man who is exiting through the gates and they immediately share a passionate kiss while the woman and other passengers walk by. Off screen narration says, “Does this change the way you thought 20 seconds ago? Fight against homophobia."

This ad is one of three that is part of a campaign supported by Quebec’s Minister of Justice Bertrand St-Arnaud. The goal of the campaign is to combat homophobia and to have citizens reflect on their views of sexual diversity.
