Part of the Gill Foundation sponsored "Moo Campaign," a puppy named Norman is introduced. He looks like a puppy and he acts like a puppy but he has one peculiar trait -- He moos. This campaign leads to the question whether Norman chose to be different or if he was just born different.

Norman is laying in the grass excluded from the rest of his litter. "Was it hidden away in his genes? Was it that he'd never had a strong father figure? Or was it because his bigger brothers bullied him? Why, oh why was Norman so different?"--Norman moos as one of his brothers whine in surprise.--"Well one thing we know for sure; Norman never chose to be this way."

The TV spot ends with Norman mooing and a website: BornDifferent.org
