Part of the "Moo Campaign," the Gill Foundation introduces the world to an adorable puppy, Norman, that moos instead of barks. The campaign poses the questions whether Norman chose to moo instead of bark or if he was just born different.

In this particulat TV spot, Norman is shown behaving as a normal dog -- playing with toys, rolling around, sleeping, etc. -- However, in the last shot Norman looks into the camera and moos.
