Part of the Gill Foundation sponsored "Moo Campaign," a puppy named Norman is introduced. He looks like a puppy and he acts like a puppy but he has one peculiar trait -- He moos. This campaign leads to the question whether Norman chose to be different or if he was just born different.

In this TV spot, Norman and the rest of his litter are playing in a backyard with a man.

"This is the story of a dog named, Norman. Norman was just like any other little dog except for one, tiny little detail..." --Norman moos. Caught off guard, the man places the rest of the puppies in a basket and carries them away, leaving Norman by himself.-- "Norman couldn't think of a single reason why he mooed instead of barked. He just always had."
